After downloading the provisional file for your mobile network provider, get another phone e.g china phone, samsung, or even nokia symbian phone.
Now, send it to the new phone you got, then send it back to your own java, classic or s40 phone through infrared or bluetooth.
Go to Menu>Settings>Configuration>Default.
Enter it and then set the settings you just saved as your default. Go back and click on "Act. def. in all apps." Then it will ask, Activate Default in all Applications? Just click yes.
Thats all, you have now set the configuration you just sent, as your default settings.
